I met this guy through my friend S. He was S’s, best friend K’s , best friend, and S has a huge crush on him. Before I met him, he found out that S liked him and let her down easy saying that he didn’t like her back but wanted to stay friends. A little while later I hang out with the three of them for a weekend and come to find out that he likes me. Flash forward to now, he’s confessed his feelings, I think I might like him back, and i admitted it to S and she’s ‘okay with it’ but K messages me and says don’t do it because S will hate you and never talk to you again. I don’t know what to do. I like him, but i’m conflicted.

For a little bit of context, I’m about to turn 18, He’s already 18 and next year i’m supposed to go to a college which just so happens to be the one he’s attending (that was not planned)
