How can i get my baby to talk more?

He says 4 words - mama, papa, more and bye (uses them correctly) We read everyday and show pictures but he is not very talkative

I’m an SLP specializing in Early Intervention (I work Work with kids at young as 18 months). 
Strategies I use:  
1. Narrate everything they’re doing using all different types of sentences. “You got the ball. It’s a blue ball. You threw the ball. The ball bounced away. The ball went under the table. Mommy will get the ball”
2. Give choices and encourage imitation. While you give the choices, hold the objects near your mouth  “ do you want the ball or the car? You’re reaching for the ball. I think you want the ball. ball?” Draw attention to your mouth. If the child is not looking you, prompt them to look at you. 
3. Place desires objects out of reach and try to get child to say the words before giving it to them. 
4. Repeat what the child babbles or says. 
5. Focus on easy words and words that start with early developing sounds. Vowels. B, p, m, w, k, g. For instance uh oh, wow, oh no, more, ball, car (k sound), go
6. Make taking really fun. Emphasize the words with a lot of expression

We've been working on letter sounds first....she can copy a, b, d, f, g, l, m, n, o, p, v, and y sounds. My baby only says mama, dada, and no (she will babble gogo, yoyo, nana,..., but no meaning). I recently started encouraging her to make the sounds different words begin with. She's really good with b words... ball, book, baby, basket, and bunny she will consistently say "ba" when she is 'taking' about them after just a week of working on it. She is nowhere near saying words with multiple consonant sounds. Maybe I should be worried, but I think she's just super active. She knows a ton of vocabulary.... I quiz her incessantly: "Where's the ______?" she just hasn't started talking much yet.

My daughter is a talker but really lazy/behind most babies when it comes to mobility! Anyway, when she use to babble a lot, I would also babble right back to her so she thought talking was a fun game I guess. we read probably 5 or more books a day, we listen/watch baby phonics videos, I sound out words to her throughout the day, I make eye contact when speaking and I explain everything. Have you watched any Dave and Ava phonics videos on you tube?
