Could I be pregnant? Already?

So, I recently had a miscarriage in November, and had a D&C; the week before thanksgiving. I had my next period in December. However, now it’s time for my next one, and I’m 2 days late.. Could I really already be pregnant again? I haven’t tested yet, I almost don’t believe that I am. I have 0 symptoms. But my back hurts and there is no period

Very possible. I miscarried in January of 2013 and was pregnant with my son in February !

It’s definitely possible, since you’ve had a period since then. I had a miscarriage in December and had to have a D & C, and got pregnant the following March.
