Aches/Dull pain 😓

Currently 4 weeks 1 day, I know very early. We had a miscarriage in Nov at 7 weeks. I’m already so nervous and terrified that something bad will happen again but I wanted to ask maybe to easy my mind!

I’ve been feeling just dull aches in my lower abdomen and a little in my back. It really doesn’t feel all that much like cramps. Anyone else experienced this and everything been fine? I know it was only Nov since the last time I was pregnant but I don’t really remember this dull ache as much then. Help!
