PMS 1 week before period starts?!

Does anyone else experience PMS way before their flow even happens?? I started PMSing on Jan 7th, and my cycle is forecasted to come today, the 15th! I thought PMS happens a couple days before period, or during period. Why is mine so far out?

My period still has not come, but PMS still raging.... ugh.

The P is pms means "pre." Generally, all these symptoms come before your period...hints the name. A week before your period is completely normal...insanely common actually.
