Headaches?

I’m 16weeks and having frequent headaches. I work on a computer all day, maybe that has something to do with it.

I went to the doctor on Friday asking if there was an alternative to taking care of headaches/migraines other then medicating constantly. She said there isn’t anything natural you can do because of being pregnant it limits you. She said the most you can do is take Tylenol. My advise would be to try and give your eyes a break as often as you can but also stay hydrated to keep the headaches from occurring if your not wanting to medicate.
