Still not talking or walking

Really starting to stress out. My LO will be 14 months at the end of this month and still doesn't talk or walk.

Talking: babbles like crazy. I mean, the kid is NEVER quiet. But his go to us dada dada. Can also say mama but rarely does. We swear we have heard him say different things from time to time like "book" "Elmo" and "uh oh" but it's very rare and once he says it (or so we think) he never says it again. We don't let him watch TV (except for some of the eagles game this weekend 😂) and we read SO many books a day. Have been since birth. He really loves books! Anyone in the same boat or have any suggestions?

Walking: he's physically ready. Can walk holding on to hands or a walker and has been able to do so for months just seems to have zero interest in walking 😪

Someone help ease my mind. Or be honest and tell me we have a problem lololol. I'm all for honest (but kind) feedback.

His doctor wasn't concerned at his 12 month appointment but I'm afraid they might be concerned at 15mo appointment 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️😢
