Bleeding @ 9 weeks

So today I’m 9 weeks pregnant and been having this brown/pinkish blood for about 3 days. I’m really scared because I also have the slightest cramps at the bottom of my tummy, I don’t have my ultrasound until the 22nd of this month. I’m trying to rest and take it easy for the sake of my baby. ( also I’ve been told that this pregnancy will result in miscarriage :( because of how little it was so the 22nd is a follow up w/ another doctor. Please help is this normal ladies ?
