Tell me.... am I nuts?

I’m going absolutely insane over here. I tested yesterday with a blue dye test. Thought it might be a defected test just because it was faint and I just couldn’t wrap my head around it. Then I tested this morning, it was negative. Tested again this afternoon to put my mind at ease, and this is what I see. What do y’all think??
