UGHHHHHH

someone help me figure out wth is going on! since I was 13 always had a regular period. last month it was a day late but stayed for normal amount of days. this month a day late and ended early. Dr did a blood test before period and it was neg but I looked up my other labs they matched first trimester for other women. now I'm still throwing up in am and after dinner occasionally, craving food I never want, breast occasionally hurt, backache like crazy, heartburn a lot more now, headaches and super sleepy. dr ordered a internal ultrasound this week I go Wednesday. but, if it's all neg why do I feel this way!? Hubby is even craving food he hates and he said when he had his first 3 kids he had sympathy cravings and what not. am I just crazy!?
