Severe sharp pains possible implantation? Idk

I had severe sharp pains today and thought for sure I was going to bleed like my previous chemical. Felt like testing for possibly the last time this cycle & maybe I am seeing things, but the last time I felt the sharp stabbing pains I was spotting and bled after. Just creamy discharge for now. Its hard to spot but I definitely noticed it in person right away.

Any experiences like this?
