Confused

I️ started a new birth control pill 3 months ago and I’m on my 4th pack. Well I️ haven’t been taken them on the exact time I’m supposed to and I️ doubled up last night. I️ started cramping today and I️m spotting. Has this happened to anyone? Maybe I️ just need to get more organized
