I have been on my period for almost a month the first two weeks it was like a normal period and then it stoped for 3 days and it came back it’s been two weeks since it came back. And when it is in the toilet it looks like coffee grounds. I feel very fatigued and tired.

I had the Nexplanon for a year about two years ago I had my period ( light to medium ) the entire year. When it was taken out it migrated and I ended up having 3 surgeries to get it out. Could this have something to do with it? Periods have been irregular and long but not this long since it was removed. I had my first period 6 months after it was removed.

UPDATE: I went back to the bathroom because I felt like I had to PEE and all that came out was BLOOD. Not pee.
