Need a little advice

I'm 19 weeks and got a yeast infection so I've been a treatment that the doctor said would be ok but since I started yesterday I've been in a tad bit of pain but I've been having a pain for most of the pregnancy due to abdominal ligament pain so I'm not sure if it's because of that or the medication now cause it's like a different kind of pain almost I go to the doctor so much because of the pregnancy due to it being a little high risk but I was put it in the clear at my last appointment so idk if I need to go in or if I'm just over thinking it sorry it's so long
