36 almost 37 TTC #2...maybe?

Question

My daughter turned 6 in October and we have been trying to conceive for almost two years. Now I am wondering if it’s a good idea to keep trying and have basically two “only” children who will share very little in common besides parents 😔 I am so torn because I would love to have another little person - but I am not certain if I am just being selfish 🤨 has anyone else encountered this dilemma?

I don’t think the age difference matters. They might relate differently but that sibling bond will always be there.

My sister is six years younger, we did not get along as kids, but have a really great friendship as adults!

Almost 37, daughter just turned 6 in Dec.  TTC #2 for about a year, with a miscarriage in Mar 2017.  I sometimes wonder the same thing, but I think it will be wonderful despite the age difference.  Besides, 6 years isn't that far apart as they get older.
