any advice??

On new years I went to high school friend of mine's party. I'm in my victory lap and he's in university and last year in high school we were really close and we hadn't seen each other since the end of august. On NYE he got in an argument with his ex and I could tell he was upset about it so I tried to comfort him. we both ended up getting really drunk and having sex (my first time) but I know it wouldn't have happened if we were sober. Because of this and the issues he's having with his ex i'm afraid that he's angry. I tried to talk to him the next day and then again a few days later but when I asked him what he remembered he said he only remembered kissing. I didn't know how to react so I freaked out and told him I'd prefer not to talk about it over text or snap chat. He didn't reply and I'm not sure what to do since our friendship is on the line and I'm not entirely sure if we used a condom or not but clearly he doesn't want to talk about it.
