Ok tmi but I’m confused

So today I’m 6dpo I thought I saw the start of something on a test but who knows I could have only seen it because I wanted to see it. So my question is if I did conceive this month what is my cm supposed to look like. I have water ewcm but not as much as others have been talking about. It’s not thick and white like lotion is just really watery and ewcm but not enough to travel to my panties. I have been feeling nauseated and tired and my boobs hurt but because of my cm and no bfp am I out this month? Anyone else getting symptoms like me or is it not my month?
