does anybody worry about if they're eating good when pregnant?

I'm not an unhealthy person but I'm not healthy either I'm not positive I'm pregnant but I want to eat like I am just in case I am and here's what I've ate in past few days

day 1

*** banana bread

***Casey's pizza (it's a gas station pizza)

***chili

day 2

***banana bread

***brown rice with ham, refried beans and cheese all mixed together

kind granola bar

Casey's pizza (2 slices)

***steak that was marinated and rice a roni

hot chocolate

*** means it was a meal (breakfast lunch or dinner)

snacks are not always listed when ate that's all I can remember trying to remember last sat. but can't remember right now. I do take prenatals.

what are your guys thoughts?
