what are tampons like?

I usually always put on pads I've never used the tampons. Does it feel weird? Is it better than pads? I'm asking because i see that that's what girls are buying more now a days.

once a tampon is in correctly you cannot feel it. god send i say! totally better than pads

honestly , im more of a pad type of girl but yet , im a 16 year old virgin who has only had a tampon in myself once, after that never again but it was like kinda strange at first not gonna lie ! it was uncomfortable when i sat down in my desk and i hated to i had to like semi lay down but i only wore the tampon because in gym i was taking pool but , anyways, putting it in was the hardest shit i had to do and dont get me started on taking it out i thought i couldnt take it out and that it would be stuck in me forever but suddenly it just plopped out quickly 😭 but sooner or later ill try it again
