Any idea on this?? please notice

hey there, i already had my period (last for 5 days), 2days after im done with my period, i had sex with my BF but he didn't come inside me (actually it take 2 mins before he come- i did BJ on him) then after 4days im bleeding again and its not just spotting, cause im totally using a pad and it almost fill it up on the first day of bleeding then on the 2day i got heavy bleeding with clot, now on the third day im having a medium bleeding still have some clot.. what does that mean?? im actually planning to go to a doctor but i just want to have an idea about this (my period is regular btw).. thanks
