Can't wake boyfriend up

Okay ladies I need some advice! So I have a 7 almost 8 month old and I usually lay her down around 9pm for bed. She usually wakes up atleast a couple times during the night. So I'm always still pretty tired. My boyfriend cannot wake up in the morning for the life of him. He could set 20 alarms and not wake up or he could sleep 12 13 hours and still not wake up so he relies on me to wake him up every morning. I have been failing and he has been late 3 times. He is our only source of income right now so I'm so scared for him to get fired. What can I do better? I do try to wake him up on time but I just don't have the energy to be persistent and I end up falling asleep and I can't help it. It is so hard to wake him up. He usually goes to bed around 8-9 sometimes 10 and he can work overtime which means going in at 4am but he has to be there by 6. I'm just so scared to lose everything. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!!
