How was your membrane sweep?

Hey ladies I’m getting my membrane stripped this Thursday ! I’ll be 39 weeks 1 day. I’m currently 2 cm and 50% active! I’m so excited! Right now I have 8 days to go ! How many do you have?? Have y’all gotten this done before ? I haven’t. Second baby !

I had mine at 39+2 days at 1 cm and all it did was cause me to lose my mucus plug for four days.... currently 40 weeks and no signs of labor 😭 good luck!

I had one done today so I guess we shall see what happens!

just had mine todday 39w 1d. it hurt like a mofo had spotting or loss of mucus plug after not sure which 2cm 75effaced

My cervix was open last week, was soft though so hoping it’s open enough tomorrow or it’s a c-section next week. I can’t have any drugs to induce me due to having  insulin dependant gestational diabetes. I had a c-section with my son 15 years ago and would love to have a vaginal birth this time. So fingers crossed.
