My temp already went down by .05. Yesterday it was 97.89 and today 97.84. Why???? If I ovulated???!!! Isn’t it supposed to go up and stay up????!!!!! Help!!!!!

Here. So blue line should be your coverline (97.7). You count back 5 days from when you think ovulation happens (so we look at temps on cd 10-14) and then see how cd 15 temp jumps up higher then any of the previous 5 temps. That means you ovulated! Now your temp should stay above that blue line for the rest of your cycle until right before AF comes. But you technically need 3 days above the coverline to confirm ovulation. So we need one more day to be certain ovulation did happen... even though temps should stay higher the rest of your cycle.

it did go up already, .05 isn’t anything.. you will still fluctuate it’s very normal.
