Long story short.. fine all day.. came home .. 2 big heavy boxes outside and it was staining brought them in.. no 10 mins later. .. diarrhea like crazy.. felt okay.. an hour later. Hubby brings home 2 bookshelves and I helped him carry it in.. no 5 mins later .. diarrhea like crazy again.. and now my stomach hurts.. like a stomach ache

. Should I be worried.. I feel like a dumby for lifting.. I didn't think it was a big deal .. ekkkk 😭😭😭
