Positive OPK!?!?

Question

Ladies, this is the first time EVER that I’ve gotten a smiley face! 
I just took my second round of Femara 5mg CD 2-6. 
I’m currently CD 7. 
I’m just wondering if this is too early for ovulation to occur. Does Femara cause false positives? 
I have PCOS and haven’t ovulated in YEARS.

Answer

These medications may cause false positives because they are hormone medications generally they say to start testing for ovulation around CD 10-20 and BD during that time period. If no oeriod arrives by CD35, do a pregnancy test and if negative start progesterone to induce next cycle.
