14 weeks is when I popped and I am plus size.  I'm 16w4d and definitely look pregnant and not just fat.

13/14 weeks and I started at 5'4" and 185lbs.

I started showing at about 20 weeks but people to this day are still shocked I'm pregnant. No idea why I'm huge and 36 weeks! They just are being polite I guess and originally thought I was a big girl.  First picture is when I first started showing and second is now

I didn't look preggo until about 21-22 weeks. I have lower belly pooch that just always looked like a beer gut until my uterus started moving upwards to give more of a rounded look.
