Weight Loss Struggle

Hey everyone!

Just a background: I’m a 21 year old college student, 5’4 and weigh 180 pounds!

I’ve been eating super clean the last few weeks and haven’t been able to workout because of a should injury (I’m a high intensity workout kind of person).

Even with drinking tons of water, eating super healthy and what not.... my weight won’t budge...

What have you done to fuel the weight loss? I’m starting to lose hope
