Head cold and 7 wks pregnant. What can I take?

It started with a light tickle in my throat amd coughing last night, this morning its much worse. Constant coughing and sore throat. With only being 7 wks pregnant, any recommendations on what i can take?

Robtussin I just got over a cold and that stuff got rid of my cough I took it every 4 hours like it says on the bottle

not feeling any better, actually feeling worse. So I've decided to go to our walk in to get checked just incase its something more serious. thanks ladies
