When did you start to feel physically pregnant?

Im 25+3 and it just started a couple days ago for me. I take a daily walk i felt pain in my inner thighs my right hip and my lower back. Im barely making it thru work. Hoping it's doesn't get to much worse then this.

Omg around 25 weeks. It is so bad at times. I can barely walk and get out of bed. Working full one is killing me. I want to try to make it to 35 weeks (30.3 toady) but man, I don't know! This is my fourth and I was told I have SPD which is some pelvis disorder and worse with each pregnancy. I did have this with the second and third, but this feels like ultimate pain

I'm in the same weeks and days took a walk the hubby while he walk the dog and once we stop my lower back and inner thighs were hurting so he said no more long walks

I would say to start taking it easy for a few days, and then continue walking as much as comfortable. It really helps with birth when your body is in good condition from even just simple walking.
