Rough sex = torn vagina

So i make up sex last night and of course it was amazing and passionate and rough and dirty and 3 rounds... well now I’m sooo sore in my stomach and my vagina is literally torn. It looks like someone just made a small cut and it hurts. I don’t want to tell him because he is larger than average and I have a very tiny frame. It’s hard to “be careful” or “take it slow” when you haven’t had none in 3 weeks... but I don’t want him to feel like he did anything wrong or hurt me.. it’s not his fault but dang I’m in sooo much pain. What do I do?
