No, for a couple nights my boobs would be engorged but after that they were never engorged when I woke up. I was just producing what my children needed when they woke up in the morning. If you keep pumping in the middle of the night you'll keep producing more milk because your body thinks that the baby is needing that extra milk at night when they actually don't

I had to with my last two babies or else my shirt and bed would be soaked! Waiting to see how it is this time.

I do but I go 5 hours without pumping...I used to not pump at night but then I got mastisis and it was the worst. Now I pump every 4.5-5hours
