Pelvic pain

So after a very bad night trying to sleep, I woke up screaming at 730 am and crying. The pain is in between my legs, kinda like if you go away with your husband for the weekend and have way too much good sex, only way worse and I haven't been having sex. It's also all filled with pressure there and in the area between the vaginal opening and anus. my thighs everything. Before this I've had pain this pregnancy but it's been back pain, cramping, sharp pains in my side. I was so scared I was ready to drive myself to the hospital when I remembered I had a sonogram appointment in a few hours. They told me that they think it's PRGP pregnancy related girdle pain or SPD Symphysis pubis dysfunction. Is anyone else having this. Any way to maybe relieve some of this pain. It's so bad I can barely walk.
