Rod and pill

So I’ve been on nexplanon since March 2017 and 6 months into I was but on the pill to help me even out the negative side effects

They prescribed me 3 months (3 packs) of the pill and told me to take the active pills for 3 months

I currently finished the pills (yesterday)and I’ve noticed one of the negative side effect has shown up again. (Vomiting) also I’ve been bleeding (lightly) for about 8-9 days and most of the time it’s dry blood but sometimes it’s new blood... I’m also cramping like crazy. It’s on and off cramping. I’m not to sure if this is normal... should I call them???
