Weight.. exercise tips welcome!!
173 vs 159. My goal weight is 150, it’s what I was pre-pregnancy and honestly shortly after. Fast forward 4 years and thanks to my love of food and beer I got to 3lbs away from the weight I was 9 months pregnant. This is just from August 2017 to now.
Why is dieting so hard?! Exercising... ugh! My husband is so supportive and is doing the 21 day fix dvd workout with me we are on week 2 now. These hips and legs though... 🍐
I’m 5’5” even working out 6 days a week (like I did pre child) I was always 150.
Anyone have any good tips?! They’re welcome!
