This guy I'm sort of friendly acquaintances with (and who I'm interested in) and I were texting about hanging out. He texted..."Ha alright sounds good. I'm around later next week. Text me when your around and I'll do the same"
Would you text him back later when you're free or wait for him to text you?
Please explain your answer if you can.

Oh just text him. This hard to get crap is annoying. If you are interested show it. He could be playing the same game then no one texts each other at all and you miss out.
