Starting My Keto Diet Tomorrow!

I’ve done a lot of research & talked to a lot of people, & I think the keto diet (high fat, low carb, no sugar) is something I could easily follow & have fun with. So I’m officially starting tomorrow! 😬 I’ll definitely be trying to exercise more as well, but I know that dieting is what will help me the most because that’s where my biggest issues are. I’m doing this to be healthier, not just skinnier. My stepdad did this diet a couple years ago, & lost 60 pounds in 3 months with absolutely no exercise accompanied with it. I would love to read tips & advice for anyone who has done or is currently doing this!

I do have a goal weight of 150. Currently at 217.
