I mean, I’m not running out getting tattoos or anything like that in the tww, but I’m also not going to stop drinking coffee or eating sushi if we decide to get some. Once I find out for sure it’s a whole different ballgame though.

Within reason. For instance, if i get a stuffy nose, i don't take sudafed because it's known to cause birth defects. But I'll still eat deli meat, or go on roller coaster etc because there's no point putting my life on hold for basically half a month every month...

In the first 4 months TTC I avoided everything,from medicine to certain foods and alcohol,hell I even cut out the two cups oft coffee I have every day. Still just BFN's and I was stressed out so much,husband was even talking about divorce(jk)... Now I take things more easy,definitely having coffee among other things. But I try not to drink alcohol,still.

Within reason, is a good caveat. I don't drink alcohol or take meds, but pretty much everything else is business as usual.
