Preparing for second birth after a preemie
My first was born at 34 weeks and is now a healthy almost-two-year-old. I’m pregnant with my second and hoping to make it to term this time, and I’m feeling really uncertain about how to prepare for labor and delivery this time around. Has anyone been through this? Did you take a childbirth prep class, read a book, anything? What was helpful for you?
