First US on Feb 1!

Hi mamas! Okay so FTM here....I have my first US appt scheduled on Feb 1st! I’ll only be 7w2d by then...what will I be able to see? I probably won’t be able to heart the heartbeat yet, will I?

Also, am I supposed to have a full bladder when I go in? I’ve read a few times that some doctors recommend it....and lastly, what determines if the doctor will do an abdominal scan or a transvaginal??
