Help please! I am super confused

My husband and I are trying to conceive of course and I have an irregular period. Now usually with my periods I have the dreaded period poop. You know, the smells to all high heaven but is typically a little softer than the norm. Well on the 15th and 16th I have had pink blood only when I wipe. On the 16th I have had, excuse the TMI, excessive diarrhea which is nowhere near normal for me. Can you guys advise me from your point of view on the blood. Sorry for more TMI but this is all new to me. Plus I have not had started my period and it never starts like this.
