Weight during pregnancy...

Pre pregnancy I weighed 11 stone 5 I am now 21 weeks pregnant and I weigh 11.9 but baby is healthy I'm confused on why I have hardly put on any weight I did have a little bit of fat left from my first son but I was never big as most of the weight is because of my boobs.
