Exercise and AF

I started working out every day back in January. I've lost 40lbs since. My dr suggested I try and lose weight to get rid of my pcos (I only had a slight case due to my weight gain after I had my son). It worked! I started ovulating regularly again and my cycle is a very regular 31-32 day cycle. I injured my back a few weeks ago and had to stop working out. I've maintained my weight though! Is it possible that me not working out is affecting AF coming? I'm due tomorrow, no spotting or cramps yet. I tested this morning with fmu and it was bfn.. I'm 10dpo.
