I am now six months pp with my second child-
Having two children under do does put alot of strain on your body and does make you extremely tired and weak most days. I was getting up in the mornings and would sit there watching TV having no energy until the afternoon to do the normal house hold duties.
I woke up one morning saying stuff it, I got a pt trainer and I go once a week, I then work out at home twice a week. I have change ld my meals at home to healthy choice microwave meals for lunch and stuck to my normal dinner plan meals I have just cut down the portion sizes.
I have changed from drinking juice or soft drink to a litre of water a day.
I have lost a total of 9.9 kilos! In just four months, if you put your mind to it you can do it. Almost to my goal still got alot to go but happy with my results so far!!
They are my everything, each stretch Mark is memory I will cherish for ever xx
