Rash on my hand

Hey beauties. Was just wondering if anyone’s had anything like this before? It started off on one finger as itchy little bumps and now has spread to this. Started right before my wedding and the doctor said it was due to stress but it’s just been getting worse and that was 3 months ago. Any tips would be so greatly appreciated.
