Am I crazy for wanting to cloth diaper?

Everyone I mention it to, looks at me like OMG are you nuts? Or wow you’re a trip.

I think when people hear cloth diaper they still think of how it was in the 50s. They've come a long way since then. 
We love it and will never go back. My son hasn't had a rash like he used to with disposable since we switched

i got the same responses. i love it. i havent had to deal with any diaper rashes and the amount of money i save is crazy.

I stopped telling people. It’s annoying. It works way better than anyone thinks or knows. Even my husband was impressed at how easy it is. 
People are lame. So quick to judge. When one of my reasons is - I’d really rather not add something that’s going to sit for 300+ years to our landfills - they still don’t nod in agreement.

I am lucky we have a lot of chrunchy mom's at our church and they all use cloth diapers. it is even becoming ok to bring them to the nursery with them since so many are like I don't care... I use cloth! I love it. we also are full of home birth and baby wearing homeschool families. super blessed!!!

I love using cloth! My daughter was potty trained by 18 months and I was kinda sad because cloth diapers are so fun and cute these days. Pregnant with my second and I don't even have to invest in a new stash because I have all my diapers from before. When I'm done I can sell them and get some of my money back! So much better for the environment and the pocketbook too! B warned though, buying adorable diapers can become a bit of an addiction;)

I had this and everyone basically said they would just buy disposable if they watched him. He’s four months and we Cloth diaper now and a lot of those people are now willing to do it and think it’s neat 🤷‍♀️

Yep, same reaction here, so annoying. Lots of “we’ll see how long that lasts”. We haven’t started yet, my LO was too small at birth to fit the AIO’s we have but soon.

I don't want to waste a ton of money and generate a ton of waste. my resolution was to creat less waste. and that includes diapers and breastfeeding as to not spend on things we really don't need. I'm excited, we did cloth about 40% last time. but I am really wanting to go as close to 100,% this time. a little bit nervous. but excited! just bought a few more and have a couple wet bags. June here we come!!!
