Anyone have Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction?

The more I read the more I believe thats what I have. Anyone else have SPD? How do you deal with it?

My doctor is sending me to physical therapy in hopes of improving my discomfort. Right now if I sleep in bed, even properly tucked in with pillows for support, I can't get up unassisted and I can't walk unassisted for a few hours; even after being up for awhile, I still need to lean on walls or a person to walk without falling. 
So, I sleep in a recliner most nights.
 Limit how much I am on my feet when my husband isn't home.
Do the exercises I have been given.
Keep my legs together when rolling in bed (when I do get in bed) and when getting in and out of the car. 
Keep a pillow between my knees when I do lay in bed.
Don't go out if I will be on my feet for more than 30-60 minutes.
Use a cart for support if I go to the store.
Soak in a warm bath often, but only if my hubby is around to help me get out.
Wear a pelvic support band with a belly support band.
My doctor suggested ice, but it seems to make me hurt more rather than helping. 
I'm really hoping physical therapy helps significantly cuz I'm to the point of considering getting a cane or walker just to get around the house. They offered me Tylenol 3(Tylenol with codeine), but I am trying to avoid it. 
My SPD is relatively severe and this is my 4th pregnancy. You can definitely have it and it not be this bad.

yes I did, and after I have birth it was like miraculously better. BUT 4 months postpartum now and if I run my pelvis hurts so bad again.

Yes I do. It’s horrible. I go to the chiropractor for it which helps a lot, but it’s still pretty painful, especially at night.
