Since finding out I’m pregnant I feel like my stress and anxiety has gotten to a whole new level. Before getting pregnant I was on anti depressants for 6 years. The doctor said it can be halm full to take my medication still now because of the baby.

I had an anxiety attack at work today over the littlest thing. And I couldn’t breathe properly. And then thinking about all the stress and how it’s not good for the baby made it worse. Being tired all the time makes it worse and fatigue is my major symptom. I just need to know something to stop this or at least calm it down.

Really need help on this...
