I had an epidural with my first and didn't with my next 2 and definitely found recovery much easier after without the epidural. I had major back issues for about a year after my epidural and horrible migraines. I'll be going all natural again this pregnancy

For my first two I had no epidural. It was great because of how soon after you can get up and be good to go but holy moly does it hurt. I think for my next I want at least something to take the edge off but not an epidural.

Never wanted one. But some love it! Either way you get a baby!

I so badly wanted to go all natural but caved and got the epidural after 22 hours of labor😩 had my baby 6 hours later and it wore off while she was coming out 😭 i felt my episiotomy and all of my stitches.
