steak. a burger. spaghetti. anything with red meat. I get really freaky creepy pale and light headed and I think it's cuz I get a little anemic and low in iron during that week of the month. I begin to get pale as a sheet of paper and start craving meat a couple days before it starts and get worse until it's over.

I am 7 weeks and 4days and I'm waiting for my craving (hopefully it comes soon!). Every time I think of food I just want to throw up lol 🤢🤢
