Is it possible to ovulate early

Is it possible for me to ovulate this early? And still have my period due the day it says? I’ve had cramps off and on all day which isn’t normal for the following week of my period, and my body temp has risen today started in the afternoon it just went up. I’m not an expert on ovulation.
